Samuel Clark Waugh (1890-1970) served with First Trust Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, in various capacities, including as President and Director from 1913 to 1961. From 1953 to 1955, Waugh served as Assistant Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, and from 1953 to ca. 1958, served as Alternate Governor of the International Fund.
